How often do you update your searchable database?

Our searchable database is updated weekly with stats from multiple industries. Some of our stat topics include retail, digital marketing, ecommerce, and workplace culture.

Can I suggest topics to add?

Yes, you can always contact us with your suggested industry topics.

 

When you sign up for a Business membership plan, you get priority requests on what new topics we should add to the database.

Can I upgrade or cancel my membership?

You can upgrade or cancel your PrimoStats membership at any time.

 

If you cancel your membership, you will have access to PrimoStats until the day your next membership payment was due to be billed. For example, if you cancel your monthly membership 20 days before the next payment, you will still have access for another 20 days.

 

We do not refund canceled memberships.
